Your purchase empowers every student-athlete to build their platform and get discovered by companies that share their passion and principles.
Customer satisfaction is a priority. In the unlikely event that a return or exchange is necessary, please see the following.
To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Send a customer request to our help desk at help@teamziynx.com to initiate the return process.
Items purchased via our website may be returned for an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund if they meet the following criteria:
- Items have not been worn.
- Items are returned to ZIYNX with a postmark no later than 14 days from receipt of goods.
- Within 48 hours of receiving your return request ZIYNX will email you a free USPS return label.
- You will receive a refund for the purchase price, minus initial shipping, within 1 week of your return being received and accepted.
- At any time you can place your new item order online at: https://teamziynxshop.com/
- Within 48 hours of receiving your exchange request ZIYNX will email you a free USPS return label.
- You will receive a refund for the purchase, including initial shipping (standard shipping only), within 1 week of your return being received and accepted.
Defective merchandise can be returned for a full refund or product replacement. All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.
Discontinued items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
